A dream of white horses
I was hired for a day guiding on ‘A Dream of White Horses’ on Wen Slab, Gogarth. This is one of the most iconic climbs on Anglesey and is on many a climbers wish list. You start by making at 50m abseil down to just above the water and then traverse on a rising line across Wem Slab. The final pitch is the one to remember! You are climbing above a massive cave and if you were to fall then you’ll be hanging in space. This route should only be tackled by competent climbing parties, or with a qualified guide.
