If you’ve done some riding and would like to improve and push your core skills. A variety of different techniques will be used including theory, skills parks and video coaching.
Prerequisites – Some experience of riding at trail centres or cross country
- Bike set up for different disciplines
- ‘Ready Position’ Bike, Body & Balance
- Efficient and effective braking
- Technical descent
- Efficient climbing
- Confident cornering and keeping speed through corners
- Efficient riding, pumping and using terrain features to keep speed
- Drops
- Intro to jumps
