This course will give you all the technical skills to set up Top Ropes outside. A Top Rope is where the rope is above you at all times when your climbing. Its a really fun and safe way to get into outdoor climbing. On the course I teach you some of the same skills I teach people wanting to become instructors.

- Equalising anchors
- Creating a focal point
- Climbing knots
- Keeping yourself safe at the top of the crag
- Top rope belaying
- Safeguarding climbers
- The difference between outdoor and indoor climbing movement
- Identifying and preventing common problems
- Guide book interpretation
- Crag etiquette
